Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu is an advanced attribute whose skill set provides a lot of utility. The few direct damage skills are very powerful, though expensive. The consumable items needed for the early skills can be gained by talking with Yui or (at 9 Ninjutsu) collecting your Stash.
Yui uses Ninjutsu when she is unlocked.
Unlocking
After the player character reaches level 10, you can randomly encounter Yui while Exercising. After the third time, Yui can be visited during the day and, once per day, will train you in Ninjutsu.
Skills

| 1 | Needle | Manipulation | Consumes 1 Needle. Makes target Horny and Drowsy for 5 turns. |
| 6 | Bunshin Assault | Hurt | Deals pain and reduces target arousal. 2-6 attacks of random strength based on mojo or Ninjutsu. |
| 12 | Bunshin Service | Pleasure | Deals temptation or pleasure. 2-5 attacks of random strength based on mojo or Ninjutsu. Costs 4 mojo per attack. |
| 15 | Steal | Positioning | Steals an article of target's clothing and puts it on user. Costs 10 mojo. |
| 18 | Goodnight Kiss | Hurt | Consumes 1 Sedative. Deals pain and temptation and makes target Winded. Costs 20 mojo. |
| 21 | Substitution | Positioning | Escapes submissive position and switches to behind. |
| 31 | Fertility Rite | Pleasure | Target must be pantsless and unable to act. Makes target Horny. Costs 25 mojo. |
Training
Ninjutsu can be permanently increased in the following ways:
- level up
- choose Train with Yui to increase by 1 once per day during the daytime.
Other Interactions
- At 3 Ninjutsu, Yui will add Smoke Bombs to the list of items she can possibly give you when you visit her during the day.
- At 5 Ninjutsu, Ninja Leap unlocks shortcuts from Chemistry Lab to Dining Hall and from Bridge to Quad.
- At 9 Ninjutsu, a hidden stash will be placed in a random location each night. This stash serves as a resupply point and gives free items the first time it is accessed.
- With 12 Ninjutsu and a |Serpent Skin, the player character can upgrade Sexcalibur with a Concealed Holster to make Sexcalibur never miss.
