Darkness
Dark skills generally follow a theme of trade-offs, weakening the target to empower the user, or causing both a negative and a positive status effect. Most Dark skills cost arousal instead of or in addition to mojo.
Angel chooses Darkness as her advanced attribute at level 10. Reyka and Maya also use Darkness when they are unlocked.
Unlocking
The player character needs to ask Aesop about purchasing supplies, which allows you to get information about the Black Market for $400. After reaching level 10, the player character can then ask about exotic artifacts for $2500. Aesop will drop the name Callisto; the next time you visit the Black Market, you will meet her and unlock Darkness (as well as Fetish training. Select Cursed Artifacts to gain the first point in Darkness.

Darkness can be permanently increased in the following ways:
- level up
- pay to increase by 1 by choosing Dark Power at the Black Market during the daytime
Other Effects
- After the first training session with Rin, a cursed artifact will appear in the player character's dorm room.
- At 9 Darkness, masturbating outside of combat will grant the player character 1 semen.
- With 12 Darkness and a Dark Talisman, the player character can upgrade Sexcalibur with a Lust Curse for bonus pleasure to Horny targets.
- The player character has a chance to notice his increased occult powers in the mornings starting at 10 Darkness.
- Lock box item caches can be opened with a Darkness check if the initial Seduction check fails.
